What Happens When You Do Yoga Every Day For 30 Days?

We've all read that doing yoga has numerous health benefits, and should we do it every day then those benefits increase...but with our busy stressful lives, where sometimes even with our most religious attempts time flies little little real quality time for our yoga practice. I am guilty of this as much as the next person.

So I've set myself the challenge that for the next 30 days I am going to gift myself up to an hour a day just to devout to my yoga practice and something else I am going to make sure that this hour isn't always 1st thing in the morning or last thing at night; I am going to make sure that I do it throughout the day and see how I feel.
